There isn’t necessarily a motorcycle genre of songs but those of us that ride love our tunes.

We’ve asked friends about their list of riding tunes. Bob Seger’s true classic, Roll Me Away was high on the list as well as the classic road trip tune Unknown Legend by Neil Young.

But Roll Me Away by  Bob Seger covers it all, the grit in the voice, the sincerity, a legitimate tune for Biker’s.

What’s your favourite? Born to Be Wild – Steppenwolf? The Byrds – Ballad of Easy Rider? Or maybe it’s Creedence Clearwater Revival’s Bad Moon.

Take the load of Fanny (real name – The Weight) brings back memories of many road trips on the chopper. Seems that road songs are timeless.

No doubt about it, music touches the heart and there are no bigger hearts than biker’s hearts!

I think Freebird by Skynyrd pretty well would be my choice.
