May 28th – Oshawa

Imagine the sound of over 1,000 bikes, shaking the ground, honouring our heroes.

Boot Hill Hearse was proud to be a part of the Highway of Heroes event that took place on May 28, 2011 along Highway 401.

Clubs, individuals, and servicemen and women from across Canada hit the highways early to ensure they were there to participate in the ride.

The most sincere of gestures, it has become a Canadian tradition to line the highways and the bridges and it is with pride that every participant, every rider, every observer shows their respect and compassion for our troops.

It is overwhelming to see the support of our troops along Highway 401. There are many Highway of Heroes rides, many more we personally will participate in, but few words we can write to express the gratitude we feel to those soldiers who have given their lives in the name of freedom.
